Return & Exchange Policy

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Buyer has up to 30 days to request a return. Due to the nature of trading card games, sealed TCG products such as booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, booster packs, etc may not be returned. Products must be returned in the same condition as they arrived to be eligible for refund. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns are also subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. 

If your order arrives damaged or not as described, email us at collectorsdestiny@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue! 

Cancellations may be requested prior to shipping. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.
